Pre-School Learning Support Assistant 

Required: September 2022

Temporary (1 year) – 27.5 hours per week (5.5 hours per day in term time plus one INSET day (others by negotiation))

Actual salary: £13,646 - £14,771 per annum

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work at Chestnut Park Primary School. This role will include providing some additional support to a child with SEND and supporting all children in the provision as part of the Pre-School teaching team.

If you have a full and relevant TA or EYFS qualification at level 2 or above, you are caring and are able to develop positive professional relationships with children, then this could be your ideal position. Our teachers and children will need proactive, supportive and calm teaching and learning assistants. Our children will want adults who are kind, helpful and are able to help them explore and learn new skills. We are looking for applicants who will be able to uphold a team ethic and put children at the heart of everything they do. Initially the job is for 1 year on a temporary contract. As a growing school there will be future employment opportunities beyond this. There may be additional opportunities to increase hours by supporting in breakfast club and afterschool club for an interested candidate.

Learning Support Assistant - 1:1 SEND LSA

Required: September 2022

Temporary (1 year) – 32.5 hours per week (6.5 hours per day in term time plus one INSET day (others by negotiation))

Actual salary: £16,127 - £17,456 per annum

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work at Chestnut Park Primary School. This role will be to provide 1:1 support to a child with special educational needs.

 Apprentice EYFS Educator
