Wraparound Care and Afterschool Clubs

Breakfast & After-School Club 

At Chestnut Park, we understand how important it is for families to have flexible, high-quality wraparound care. Our Breakfast and After-School Club provides a safe, welcoming, and fun environment where children can start and end their school day happily.

Breakfast Club 

• Opening Time: From 7:45am until the start of the school day

• Location: School Hall

• Food Options: A variety of healthy breakfast choices are available, including cereals, toast, fruit, and drinks — helping children start the day fuelled and ready to learn.

• Activities: After breakfast, children can enjoy calm, engaging activities before heading to class feeling settled and prepared.

After-School Club 

• Opening Time: From end of the school day until 5:15pm

• Location: School DT Room and Library

• Activities: Children enjoy a balance of relaxation, play, and enrichment opportunities. From arts and crafts and board games to construction, reading, and outdoor play, there’s something for everyone.

• Snacks: A healthy snack is provided each afternoon to recharge after a busy day.

After-School Clubs at Chestnut Park 

Alongside our wraparound care, we’re proud to offer a range of specialist after-school clubs delivered by external providers, giving children the opportunity to explore new interests and develop new skills.

Please note: Club finish times may vary. Some clubs require separate booking directly with the provider.

Booking & Costs

• Breakfast and After-School Club bookings can be made via MCAS.

• Specialist after-school clubs may require separate booking links, which are shared in newsletters and on the school website.
